WOMEN’S HEALTH & WELLBEING

Women's Health, Wellbeing & Embodied Awareness
Women’s health is shaped by the dynamic relationship between body, nervous system, hormones, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and everyday living conditions. My approach is grounded in the understanding that sustainable wellbeing develops through greater awareness, embodied practices, informed choices, and supportive ways of relating to ourselves and our daily lives.
My work in this field was deeply influenced by a profound personal experience, which led me into extensive research and a deeper exploration of women’s health, wellbeing, and embodied approaches to healing and recovery. This path later led me to further training in the Healthy Breast™ educational program developed by the MammAlive Foundation, which provided an important educational framework and foundation for my work.
Today, my approach continues to evolve through ongoing study, yoga practice, personal experience, and the creation of supportive spaces where women can explore questions of health, wellbeing, embodiment, and everyday life together — sharing knowledge, experience, and practical tools in a reflective and participatory way.
The sessions combine elements of education, embodied practice, reflection, and practical everyday support. Depending on the format and focus of the group or individual sessions, they may include movement and breathing practices, Kundalini Yoga kriyas, Yin Yoga elements, Yoga Nidra, meditation, body-awareness practices, as well as information and reflective exercises related to women’s health and breast health.
The thematic areas may include:
• Movement, Breath & Embodied Practice
• Body Awareness & Breast Health
• Hormonal Balance & Women’s Health
• Nutrition, Environment & Everyday Life
• Nervous System, Stress & Resilience
• Meaning, Connection & Inner Orientation
The intention of this work is not to promote ideals of perfection or rigid health concepts, but to support women in developing a more conscious, grounded, and supportive relationship with their bodies, wellbeing, and everyday lives — while also strengthening their capacity to contribute to the wellbeing of their families, relationships, and communities in meaningful and sustainable ways.
Sessions are offered individually and in small groups, in person or online, depending on the needs and focus of the program.
