EssentiaTua
Integrative Practices for Authentic Living
EssentiaTua is an invitation to return to what is essential — to live in alignment with who you truly are.
At its core, EssentiaTua is grounded in the understanding that health, clarity, and authenticity emerge when the body, mind, emotions, and inner truth are in conscious relationship. Rather than striving for ideal states or constant self-improvement, this work supports a process of integration — a way of living that honors coherence, presence, and integrity.
In my practice, I guide individuals toward healthier and more authentic ways of living, using practical tools that support the body, mind, and nutrition. My approach is experiential and grounded, respecting the intelligence of the body, personal history, and the rhythms of everyday life.
A profound personal turning point shaped both my orientation and my work. After experiencing a serious illness, I was invited to re-examine my way of living, relating, and listening to myself. This experience led to a deep shift in priorities and perspective, and to a conscious commitment to practices that cultivate inner alignment, and embodied presence. From this place, my professional path unfolded as a continuation of lived experience rather than an abstract pursuit.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy in Athens, as well as a Master’s degree in Translation Studies. This academic background supports my ability to work at the intersection of experience, reflection, and language.
I am a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, a transformative practice that responds to the demands and challenges of contemporary life. I am also an educator of the Healthy Breast™ Program, a breast health and cancer prevention initiative developed by the MammAlive Foundation — an area that resonates deeply with both my personal journey and professional focus.
My training further includes psychotherapy, various massage techniques, and multiple yoga traditions, including Kundalini, Hatha, and Yin Yoga. Over the years, I have also explored neurobiology, deepening my understanding of the mind–body relationship and the role of awareness and regulation in healing and growth.
Aromatherapy is another dimension of my practice. I work with Young Living essential oils as supportive tools for grounding, emotional balance, and holistic wellbeing.
In recent years, I have developed a Conscious Communication program, integrating my professional experience with principles inspired by Nonviolent Communication. This work supports clearer expression, deeper listening, and more compassionate, authentic relationships — both with others and with oneself.
EssentiaTua is both a space and a process — a meeting point between lived experience, integrative practice, and conscious choice. I invite you to join me on a path of self-discovery and integration, reconnecting with vitality, clarity, and an aligned way of living.
