YOGA
Yoga for contemporary life
For me, yoga is a practice of awareness, presence, and connection with the body, the breath, and everyday life. The practice of yoga can support physical wellbeing, emotional balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of inner stability within the demands of contemporary life.
My approach is based primarily on Kundalini Yoga, which also forms the foundation of my personal practice, while at the same time being enriched by elements of Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, depending on the needs and focus of each class.
Classes may include:
• physical exercises and strengthening
• breathing practices
• concentration and awareness exercises
• deep relaxation and Yoga Nidra
• meditation
• improving flexibility, breathing, and body awareness
• supporting the balance of the endocrine and nervous systems
• supporting resilience and balance in everyday life
Particular emphasis is placed on developing a practice that is grounded, sustainable, and adapted to the real needs of contemporary daily life — not as an ideal of perfection or performance, but as a way of cultivating greater presence, connection, and wellbeing.
Individual and group classes are offered both in person and online, depending on the needs and format of the practice.
