Reflective Communication

Mindfulness

This program focuses on improving communication through the development of self-awareness, empathy, and reflective presence.

​It integrates elements of mindfulness and non-violent communication with the aim of broadening perception and cultivating a more conscious and meaningful way of communicating — both in relation to oneself and to others.

The program combines reflective, experiential, and embodiment-based approaches that support communication awareness, emotional regulation, attentive listening, and interpersonal understanding.

 

Among the methods and practices used are:

  • mindfulness-based exercises

  • embodiment and movement-based practices

  • guided attention and relaxation techniques

  • reflective visualization exercises

  • experiential exercises

  • deep relaxation practices

  • structured group reflection and dialogue

Individual sessions take place online.

Group programs may take place in person or in hybrid format, depending on the needs and composition of the group.

Programs can be adapted to the needs of educational institutions, organizations, and businesses.
